So, today has officially been one of the worst days ever. To make a very long story short, I made a huge mistake with my taxes, and I’ve ended up owing the government over $1200. There’s not $1200 in my account. I wish there was, but there’s definitely not, even if I take all the money out of my savings. And I have no idea where I’m going to come up with that kind of money in 21 days.

I just feel so defeated right now. I pride myself with doing well when it comes to bills and records and money. I was finally starting to get ahead, put some money away. And now this. Sigh.

Ugh I’m sorry hon. It happens to everyone though, I promise. Have you gotten the comments hiccups worked out yet? I know a few have mentioned to me that they tried commenting at the nominations post and it didn’t “take”.
There’s got to be another way though, with these taxes. Surely they could look at your paystub and see that there’s no earthly way you could procure $1200 by months end AND have enough money to live off of? Perhaps they could set up a payment plan? I know they do it for businesses.
Lilly, I have no idea what’s going on with the comments that some of them aren’t working. It seems to be pretty random as to which ones are working and which ones are not. In any case, my email definitely works until I have time to figure it out.
Yeah, I’m looking into payment plan options. I’ll have to pay more interest/fees that way, but it probably will be my only choice. Originally, I was told there was no payment plan option for this low of an amount, but it seems like there are some options at least. Either way, it will be a tough month.
I’m sorry. I hope drinks with V set you on a happier path for tonight. Sub drop sucks, and it gets worse the more intense/painful a session is… at least if you don’t stick around for the proper cuddles.
